Despite a traumatic accident involving one of their group, several longtime friends decide to proceed with their annual beach vacation at Cap Ferret near Bordeaux. But during their seaside getaway, they make unexpected, awkward and heartbreaking discoveries about each other that severely test their relationships, convictions and their friendships. All are finally forced to own up to the little white lies they've been telling each other - and themselves.
