Writer/director Jill Sprecher's crime dramedy "Thin Ice" is like watching a snowball roll down a hill with multiple cliffs.That is to say that the new movie starts off small before slowly but surely building as the story progresses to a point at which the conundrum that its characters face gets so gigantic that they no longer have any chance of stopping it....
